We provide a detailed list of components from trusted retailers, allowing you to purchase them yourself or have us handle it for you.

Computer Repair

We will open up your machine and get to testing the components to isolate the problem.

If it ends up being a faulty connection or a component needing to be reseeded, then we're good to go!

If a part if defective or broken, we will reach out about the cost to replace it by providing listings from reputable major businesses.

If your machine is still under warranty, we will help you with that process.

Once all the parts are working, we put it back together and make sure the computer runs good as new, or better!

Data Transfer/Backup

We will verify what files you are looking to transfer and then do so with the devices you provide.

We can transfer to an external harddrive, USB stick, or even another computer.

If you lack an external device to put the files on, we can offer USB Drives at an extra fee.

Generally only takes 1 business day.
Hardware Upgrade

We consult with you and determine what performance you are looking to improve with your current system.

We then provide you with a list of recommended hardware to buy and we will install it for you.

Already have the parts? Just bring your computer and the parts to us and we'll take care of it all!

Upon installing the upgrades, we ensure all of your drivers are up to date and the new parts are fully functional.

Virus Removal & Recovery

Suspect your PC has become the victim of a virus or other malware? We can help.

Depending on the severity of the infection, we can remove it, or look to other methods such as backing-up any non-infected/corrupted data you wish to save and reformatting the computer.

After that we get your machine back-up and running like it was new, with proper protections put in place to reduce the chances this happens again.

This process generally takes 1 business day.
Build a Custom PC

We meet with you and establish what your needs are and your budget.

We provide you with our recommendations broken down piece by piece and links of where the pieces can be purchased (This is why there is a $20 up-front fee, for the time and research it took to generate this list for you).

You will be able to purchase the items on your own, or have us do it on your behalf.

Upon receiving all of the parts, we will them assemble the computer and install all the necessary software.

We will then test it to make sure it is performing at the level you would expected.

When it is ready to go, we will give you a call to come pick it up and we can have it setup for you to test first, or have it all packaged up and ready to go.

Depending on parts selected and shipping times, expect 1-2 weeks for this process.
